Weekend Rates
Weekend Rates are $10.00 more per night. On the weekends, there is a two-night minimum when staying in the Courtyard Villas Suites and the Castle B&B.

Holiday Weekends
Holiday weekends require a three–night minimum stay.

Additional Guests
Rates quoted are for double occupancy (up to 2 people.) There is an extra person charge of $15.00 per person.

Amenities
The B&B guests have access to the outdoor pool, pool house, and a full breakfast included in the price of the room. The Courtyard Villas guests have access to the pool and pool house. The pool is for our resident guests only.

Discounts
Reservations for 5 nights or more get a 10% discount on entire stay.
